• Service requests: when you submit the request form we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, details about your RV (year, make, model, class), and your description of the problem.
• Customer records: if we perform work for you, we keep records of your jobs, quotes, invoices, and payments as required to run the business.
• Portal accounts (staff): staff members have accounts with name, email, and sign-in credentials. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
• Technical data: our systems record IP addresses and basic request information for security purposes such as rate limiting and abuse prevention.

• To respond to your service request, schedule work, and communicate about it.
• To create and manage quotes, work orders, and invoices.
• To send transactional emails (for example, confirmation that we received your request).
• To protect the site against automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The public website works without cookies. The staff portal sets a single session cookie strictly necessary for signing in; it contains only an opaque session identifier. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from bots; Google's privacy policy applies to its operation.
• Geoapify powers address autocomplete when you type a service address; the text you type into the address field is sent to Geoapify to produce suggestions.
• Review embeds: the reviews section may load a third-party widget (for example Google Reviews); that provider may set its own cookies within its widget.
• Email delivery is handled through our configured email provider to send the messages described above.

Service and billing records are retained for as long as needed for the operation of the business and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time using the contact details above; we will honor the request except where a record must be kept by law.
